Today Gieseke belongs to the biggest wholesalers of hairdresser supplies in Germany. Gieseke was founded 1983 in Hanover by Otto Rumpfkeil with the staff of the previous company GHT.

In 1986 Gieseke moved to their own, newly built facilities in Langenhagen.

With the implementation of mobile data entry devices for all sales representatives in 1993, Gieseke was able to achieve a quicker and smoother order processing procedure. Shorter delivery times for our customers were the result. Because of the now possible data transmission the delivery time could be decreased to 24 hours after receipt of the order.

Gieseke extended their service by hiring a master hairdresser which gives free expert advise by phone. The launch of a warranty service and a scissor sharpening service as well as organizing workshops with well known partners, complete the offer of services.

Extensive technique and trend seminars or special workshops are taking place since 2005 and are nowadays held in the Gieseke Training center directly in Langenhagen. This gives hairdressers the perfect opportunity to practically rehearse the newly acquired knowledge in a modern ambience.

A computer system with the latest technology in connection with special software guarantee a quick order processing and short delivery times. A dispatch quota of 98% of all ordered items with an assortment of approx. 11.000 items documents the high delivery ability of Gieseke.
Care for hair Pick up shops in Hannover, Bielefeld, Braunschweig, Kassel, Göppingen, Ravensburg, Münster, Paderborn and two in Berlin are also available to our customers.

With currently 40 sales representatives and over 120 staff, the company commits to serve the customers. A catalog with 290 pages and very attractive special offers leave no wishes unfulfilled.

But assortment and size are not enough these days. With innovative services and individual problem solving we would like to support our customers in all areas as a partner of hairdressers.
